PLACING YOUR ORDER
● ALL ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO ORDERS@RENHUE.COM
● ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN THE BODY OF WRITTEN TEXT VIA EMAIL. ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN AN OFFICIAL ORDER FORMAT (BRIDAL LIVE, QUICKBOOKS, EXCEL, PDF,
ETC.). IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN OFFICIAL FORM, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR ORDER ON THE RENHUE ORDER FORM.
● ALL ORDERS MUST INCLUDE A PURCHASE ORDER (PO) NAME OR NUMBER, WEAR DATE, STYLE
NAME, SIZE, COLOR, AND PRICE. ALL ORDERS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
MEASUREMENTS: BUST, WAIST, HIP, HIGH-POINT-SHOULDER (HPS) TO WAIST, WAIST TO HEM, AND HEIGHT.
● ALL ORDERS MUST INCLUDE FRONT, BACK, AND SIDE PHOTOS WITH REFERENCE TO THE RETAILERS SAMPLE SIZE.
● ORDERS MISSING ANY OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITH “AS SAMPLED” / “AS STOCK” / “AS TRUNK SHOW SAMPLE”.
● ALL RUSH ORDERS SOONER THAN 6 WEEKS REQUIRE APPROVAL FROM A RENHUE TEAM MEMBER.

● ALL ORDERS PLACED WITH NO MISSING INFORMATION WILL BE PROCESSED, AND AN ORDER CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS.
● ALL CONFIRMATIONS ARE TO BE REVIEWED BY THE RETAILER UPON RECEIVING, AND A RENHUE TEAM MEMBER MUST BE ALERTED IMMEDIATELY OF ANY DISCREPANCIES.
